Timothy L. Terry - is President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Enterprise Bank, having joined the Bank in October 2002. Mr. Terry became Chairman of the Board in March 2007. Mr. Terry was employed as Senior Loan Officer at Palm Beach National Bank & Trust before joining Enterprise Bank. He has worked in the financial industry for over 30 years. Mr. Terry has a BBA degree in Finance from Western Michigan University and is a graduate of the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware. |

James E. Davis, Sr. – has been a director of the Bank since January 2001. He is the CEO and founder of 3-D Machining, Inc. in Riviera Beach. Mr. Davis has been a resident and businessman in Palm Beach County since 1958. He has served the local community as a member of Rotary and as a board member of the Benjamin Academy. Mr. Davis holds a B.A. from the University of Missouri. |

S. Barrie Godown – has been a director of the Bank since September 2000. Mr. Godown has been a practicing and well-respected CPA in the Jupiter/North Palm Beach area since 1980. He is a past Chamber of Commerce President and a member of the Jupiter Medical Center Foundation. Mr. Godown holds a B.A. from the University of Florida. |

Mark E. Holmes – has been a director of the Bank since December 2005. He is the owner of Century 21 Holmes Realty, Inc. in North Palm Beach, which has been in his family since 1974. Mr. Holmes is a life long resident of Palm Beach County and has served the local community as a member of the Jupiter/Tequesta/Hobe Sound REALTOR Assn.; Board of Directors of the North Palm Bch Chamber of Commerce; Past President of Century 21 Palm Beach Council; VP of Century 21 Treasure Coast Council; Easter Seals Board of Directors; Past Board Member of the American Heart Association and Past President of Palm Beach Gator Club Alumni Association. Mr. Holmes holds a Bachelor’s from the University of Florida. |

Warren B. Mosler – has been a director of the Bank since 1996. Mr. Mosler has more than thirty years of experience in the financial services industry with such firms as Bankers Trust and Bach & Company in New York and William Blair & Company in Chicago. He is a founder and principal in the Illinois Income Investors & AVM L.P. broker/dealer companies and president of Valance Co. in St Croix. He is chairman & majority shareholder of race car manufacturer Consulier Engineering and Associate Fellow at the Cambridge Centre for Economic Policy in the U.K. Mr. Mosler holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Connecticut. |

Jeanne K. Simon – has been a director of the Bank since 2004. She is a shareholder in Simon & Simon Chartered Attorneys located in Palm Beach Gardens Florida and has been a resident of Palm Beach County since 1981. Mrs. Simon received her undergraduate degree from St. Mary’s University and her law degre from Nova University. |

Lawrence L. Sugarman – has been a director of the Bank since December 2005. He is the President of Palm Beach Golf Center in Palm Beach Gardens. Mr. Sugarman has been a resident and businessman in Palm Beach County since 1987. He has served the local community as a member of the Golf Tournament Committee for the Boys and Girls Clubs of PBC and as a Leadership Benefactor to the United Way of PBC. Mr. Sugarman holds a BA in Economics from the University of the Pacific and a Masters in Communication from the University of Florida. |
