Hugh C. Jacobs, Jr. - is President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Enterprise Bank, having joined the Bank in October 2009. Hugh has more than 20 years experience as a business executive for various business organizations. He started his career at a community bank located in north Georgia, and since that time has helped several businesses in the banking and software industries to grow, increase profits, analyze and implement expansions, accomplish business plans, obtain funding, and streamline business processes. Throughout his career, Hugh has diligently worked to determine the customers' needs and to meet those needs in the most efficient and effective way possible. Hugh has a BBA in Finance from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Georgia State University.

Patricia B. Martin – is Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Enterprise Bank, having joined the Bank in 1999. Patti has a BBA in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University and a Bachelor of Professional Studies from Barry University.

Michael A. McAvoy - is Senior Vice President, Chief Credit Officer of Enterprise Bank having joined the bank in September 2005. Mike has worked in the banking industry for more than 30 years and was previously the Senior Credit Officer at Camden National Bank in Camden, Maine for 11 years. Prior to that Mike was Senior Loan Officer at both Flagler National Bank and Island National Bank in Palm Beach County. Mike has a BS in Business Administration from Norwich University in Northfield, VT and graduated from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking in 1985.

Ken Kunhardt - is Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of Enterprise Bank, having joined the Bank in September 2008. Ken has more than 20 years of experience in the Fixed Income Capital Markets. Prior to joining Enterprise Bank he worked for several different financial institutions including Bear Stearns, Citibank and Greenwich Capital Markets. Ken's experience is in both the bond and derivatives markets. He spends the majority of his time developing and implementing investment and interest rate hedging strategies for the Bank. Ken has a BA degree from Middlebury College in Vermont and an MBA from Columbia University.

Brenda Johnson - is Senior Vice President, Branch Administrator, Marketing Manager of Enterprise Bank, having joined the bank in July 2004. Brenda brought with her more than 10 years of banking experience. Starting with Barnett Bank, Brenda has held a variety of customer service and managerial positions in retail banking working her way up to her current position with Enterprise Bank. From a distinguished sales track record to excellence in customer service, Brenda’s successful career in banking is built upon knowing the customer and providing the best service possible for each client. Brenda has held the FINRA Series 6 and 63 variable licenses and received continuing education through the American Institute of Banking.

Sue Craig - is Vice President, Human Resources Director of Enterprise Bank, having joined the bank in August 2007. Sue began her career in training while at IBM and has worked in various human resources management roles since 1986. Prior to joining Enterprise Bank, Sue worked at Tyco Fire & Security Headquarters as the HR Manager and was responsible for all global HR projects. She also created and delivered the first on-line training program for employees at Medical Staffing Network and co-created the Human Resources Department for Bankrate, Inc. Sue has a BPS in Human Resources Management from Barry University and a certificate in e-Learning Instructional Design from the American Society of Training and Development.
